Uglygeek could be the antithesis of a beauty contest. You can have a site where geeks from around the world sign up to compete for the ugliest geek on the net. They would submit pictures, fill out surveys/interviews, and would show you their particular talents. Then you could have select judges, chosen from the net community choose the winner. You could have a people choice award as well. Or you could have a site where people "create" the ultimate ugly geek, telling stories about geeks they have known, submitting pictures of geeks they've seen, etc.
