Yes, I have quite a few. See, I am self-employed now, and that means I set my own schedule.

Now at some times (most times) that means I end up working on projects from 9:30am through until 9pm. Sometimes later. But other times, I can't get inspired, feel crappy, or just feel really lazy, and I end up with a day like I have had today (oh, and I had it yesterday too). Days when I can't get started on anything, feel bad about that, yet still nothing gets done.

These are the days I wish I could jet off to some exotic location, like DisneyWorld or something. I could ride some rides. Wash away my worries on the Pirates of the Caribbean ride. You know, just immerse myself in the Happiest Place on Earth.

And perhaps I have been focusing too much on a DisneyWorld trip. I mean, I am about to be 26! Why is a 26 year old so fixed on going to DisneyWorld.

Well, one reason is that I haven't been there since about 1983. A lot has changed since then (like say, Epcot, Disney MGM Studios, Animal Kingdom, Pleasure Island, etc.).

It's also because I have a thing for themed worlds as well as amusement parks. I guess I don't mind the long lines, the expensive food, the annoying kids (hey! I was one the last time I was there.)

I think the biggest reason is that I need a vacation. I am burnt out. That's why I left Razorfish. That's why I left PeopleStream.

Oh well, I guess if Mickey is in my future, he'll be there. Hopefully just not running around in my peripheral vision as I'm apt to try shooting at him like a monster in Half Life. Yeah, been playing it again.
